DollsForYou.com owns and operates bobblehead which will be known henceforth as, the "Site."
Your use of this Site and purchase of product found on this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions:
The Laws of the State of New York will govern the sale.
1. Warranty Period
We offer 1 year warranty for all of our bobbleheads. If your doll is broken accidently within 1 year,
we will offer free repair,but we won’t be responsible for the freight cost.
2. Shipping Damage Claims- 100% Free Redo
All of our dolls are packed professionally and well protected, it seldom has damage during transportation.
In case you receive a damaged doll,please send us photo within 24 hours. We will remake one and send to you
for free, you don’t need to send the damaged one back to us.
3. Cancellation/Refund Policy
a. You are allowed to cancel or change your order within 12 hours without any charge, as we will refund
all the deposit to you if you need to cancel.
b. If a cancellation request is received after the stated time frame then we will retain a 50% cancellation fee
which would have been collected by advance payment, as our artist has started to sculpt the custom
bobblehead and we are not able to sell it to other customer. We also don’t accept photo changeand
will make it according to your original photo.
c. All of our dolls are sculpted by hand based on photographs, the process is complex. The likeness of the doll
is much dependent on the quality ofthe photo you provided, the similarity we guarantee is 70%-90%,
it will be like cartoon style. We will send you preview photo when the custom doll is finished.
You can send your balanced payment after you are satisfied with it.As it may have slight difference
between real doll andpreview photo due to camera, computer screen brightness etc.,
we won’t refund for this slight difference.
As per the Law of the United States of America and the European Union, producers of custom made products
are not obliged toprovide a return / refund policy for such items. The sale is final. Certain card issuing banks
may charge you an "International Service Fee"depending on your location, regardless of whether or
not a currency conversion is involved. It is important to note that even if Dollsforyou.com or his
processing orretail partners made the charge in the currency of your country and card account (such as USD)
your issuing bank maystill charge you this fee. This additional charge is not made by Dollsforyou.com,
his retail partners, or its payment processors,but is made entirely at the discretion of your card
issuing bank. We can therefore not refund such charges as they are not due to us.
Please, contact your bank in such cases.
4. Reproduction Right, Nondisclosure
All information appearing on this Site including graphics, design, logos, images, and icons, as well as the selection,
and assembly, are the sole property of Dollsforyou.com, which are also protected by U.S.
and international copyright laws. The content on this Site isonly for the purpose of placing an order by
you and no other purpose. Any other use, including, modification, reproduction, uploading,posting,
transmission, or distribution in any form or by any means without Dollsforyour written permission
is strictly prohibited.
All personal information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your address, name,
telephone number, e-email address,are strictly protected, Dollsforyou.com can not disclose to the
third party without your permission. Briefly, Dollsforyou.com does not sellor rent your personal Information
collected to third parties for any purpose, and does not ask your credit card number and its card verification
code for any purpose. Dollsforyou.com will communicate with you in response to your inquiries by e-mail,
live chat or telephone, in accordance with your wishes, to provide the products and services you request.
Dollsforyou can only send your promotion(s) ornewsletter(s) under your permission,
and you can unsubscribe them anytime he/she wants.
5. Payment Methods
You can place your order using secure encryption. Our secure payment service provider is PayPal.
Other than Paypal, you can also payyour order by credit card. It will be processed at Paypal platform
but you DON'T need a Paypal account to complete the payment. All of our payment and purchase options
are 100% secure for our customers. Dollsforyou.com intends to provide you with the safestand most secure
shopping experience possible. Since offerings and technologies change we reserve the right to change,
modify, add, or remove portions of our website at any time without prior notice.
6. Free Proof & Modification
We will send proof photo in 3 steps, including face, entire head and body. Normally 90% of our customer
will be satisfied with thefirst proof. Anyway, if you need any improvement, just inform us,
we will revise it and send you improved proof until you are satisfied. All proof and modification services
are free of charge.
7. Delivery
The lead time of a bobble head is 3 business days to 2 months with different price levels,
below are the details for your reference:
Standard (3-4 weeks with proofing) $0.00
Standard Rush (15 business days with proofing) $32.00
Rush (7 business days with proofing) $49.00
I need it now (5 business days without proofing) $89.00
8. Shipping
We ship all the bobbleheads dolls via DHL、FedEX、TNT、UPS or USPS. After the doll is shipped, we will provide you a tracking No.,
you may get your bobbleheads within 2-15 days after shipped.
9. Changes to this Statement
The Company reserves the right to change any site conditions and policies with or without any prior
notification to the clients and members.It is the sole responsibility of clients and members to pay close
