If the doll broken accidently within 1 year, you can send it to us for repair but we won’t be responsible for the freight cost.

2.100% free redo for shipping damage

If the doll is damaged during transportation, we will offer a free redo. Our doll is with professional package, it seldom has damage

during transportation.If you receive damaged doll, please take photo and send it to us by email. We will make a new one

and send it to you for free.

3.Refund policy.

a.You are allowed to cancel or change your order within 12 hours after you place the order without any cost.

b.If you cancel the order after 12 hours, we won’t refund the deposit, as our artist has started to make the doll.

Each doll is custom made, we cannot sale to others.You are also not allowed to change the photo after 12 hours,

since our artist has started to make the doll, it cannot be changed. So the doll will be made according to your first offered photo.

c.As the doll is hand-carved with complex procedure according to your photo, we don’t guarantee the it will be 100% like your photo,

the similarity we can guarantee is 70%-90%,it will be like cartoon style.When the custom doll is finished,we will send preview photo

for your confirmation, you can send 50% balanced payment if you feel satisfied.As it may have slight difference between real doll

and preview photo due to camera, computer screen brightness etc., we won’t refund for this slight difference.

d. We will refund your money if you decide at any time during the creation process (pre-shipping) that you don’t like your bobbleheads.
